Our sprouting seeds!

Alfalfa: A member of the legume family, alfalfa is also known as alfalfa. It is the queen of sprouting seeds, thanks to its highly advanced nutritional composition. Proteins, essential amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and trace elements are carefully packed into alfalfa sprouts. Its mild, plant-based flavor is the perfect enhancement to a wide range of dishes and homemade preparations. Let yourself be seduced by these seeds that are as beneficial as they are tasty! Alfalfa Organic Germinating Seeds are particularly rich in vitamin E, C and provitamin A, and will enhance your salads and surprise you with their surprising taste.

Lentils: Rich in iron and vitamins C, A, B1, B2, B3, B6 and B12, lentil sprouts are a highly assimilable source of essential nutrients.

Quinoa: Sprouted quinoa seeds are high in energy, yet very low in calories. They're a decisive factor in helping you keep your figure as part of a balanced diet. Use as much as you like in salads, raw vegetables or cooked in your dishes.

Basil (ideal for the sprouter cup): Sprouting basil is a mucilage seed. In other words, it releases a sort of gel, called mucilage, on contact with water, so soaking should be short. What's more, germination takes place through the germinating dish. Shoots are best eaten when they are about 3 cm long, and offer an aromatic, rather mildly pungent flavor.

Chia (ideal for the sprouter cup): Sprouting Chia seeds have a very mild, slightly nutty flavor that's perfect with salads, soups, rice or purées.

Watercress (ideal for the sprouter dish): Organic watercress sprouts are particularly rich in potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, iron, manganese, sulfur and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and D. Watercress is tonic, depurative, diuretic, hypoglycemic, anti-anemic, antiscorbutic, remineralizing, and thins respiratory tract secretions.
