Terms of delivery

Means of transport

For HOME DELIVERY : DPD carrier, delivery between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (must be present).
For DELIVERY IN A RELAY POINT, don't forget to bring your ID to pick up your parcel.
For SWITZERLAND, HOME DELIVERY ONLY: COLISSIMO carrier in France, then SWISS POST. Delivery between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and presence mandatory.

Delivery days

We'll arrange courier delivery with you: After validation and payment of your order, we contact you by e-mail or telephone to announce a delivery slot.

For all orders containing compost worms, our deliveries take place from Tuesday to Friday (or Saturday in certain areas) by prior arrangement with you (by telephone or e-mail). Don't forget that worms are alive and that we need a little time to prepare them. Week 1 you order, week 2 you get delivery! So allow between 1 week and 15 days before you receive your new friends.

For orders not containing worms, our deliveries take place from Monday to Saturday and are dispatched the week you place your order.

We reserve the right to delay shipment of worms in extreme weather conditions.

Receiving your parcel

ATTENTION: We advise you to check the condition of your parcel in the presence of the delivery person, and tomake any necessary reservations on the delivery note (specifying the damage).

IN ALL CASES, KEEP THE PARCEL! We will replace any damaged parts if, and only if, you have made a reservation. As far as the worms are concerned, we advise you to start the vermicomposter on the day you receive the worms.
