Communities, vermicomposting and Vers La Terre: 15 years already!
2006
Vers La Terre co-organizes France's first large-scale vermicompost distribution operation, on behalf of the Sictom Pézenas-Agde*: operation still underway!
2007
Vers La Terre, in cooperation with Thierry Sin, has launched an "information campaign" aimed at local authorities, proposing a pioneering "methodology" for the reliable deployment of vermicomposting.
2008
Since then, Thierry Sin has been offering a "How to run a vermicomposting operation" training course in Paris for prevention officers and organizers, together with a kit enabling them to run vermicomposting handover meetings independently.

2009
Vers La Terre's above-ground vermiculture, dedicated exclusively to vermicomposting, is now operational.
2010
Aware of the educational potential of vermicomposting, Vers La Terre and Thierry Sin are involved in the association's program for schoolchildren: reduce my waste, nourish the Earth, Passerelles.info.
2012
Vers La Terre is co-developing with Plastic Omnium the Lombri'Coll, a medium-capacity French worm compost bin.
2015
Vers La Terre launches the City Worms: a 100% French (and even Occitan!) individual vermicomposter featuring several innovations.
2016
Vers La Terre has entered into a partnership with Plastic-Omnium Systèmes Urbains to market the City Worms to local authorities in France and Spain.
