Web Affiliate Terms and Conditions

The following Web Affiliate Terms and Conditions define the relationship between Vers La Terre and any individual or legal entity (referred to as a WEB AFFILIATE) generating purchases on the Vers La Terre online store in exchange for a commission, as described below.

CONDITIONS OF USE

The Web Affiliate undertakes to promote the products to its visitors by establishing a link between its website(s) and the Verslaterre.com website in accordance with the affiliation conditions set out in this agreement.

Web Affiliate visitors will enjoy the same benefits and services as any other Vers La Terre customer

VERS LA TERRE WEB AFFILIATE COMMISSION RULES

2.1 VERS LA TERRE undertakes to pay a commission of 10% to its Web Affiliates, calculated on the basis of the Sales Price (excluding delivery costs) of each sale by the Web Affiliate's visitors.

2.2 Payment of commissions to Web Affiliates by Vers La Terre will be made at the Web Affiliate's request, starting from an accumulated amount of at least €100.

2.3 Payment will be made by bank transfer. In all cases, the Web Affiliate is obliged to provide VERS LA TERRE with full bank details when registering for the Web Affiliate program.

2.4 In the event of dispute or rejection of a sale by the Affiliate's customer that has already been paid to the Affiliate, VERS LA TERRE will deduct from the next payment the amount of the associated commission already paid to the Web Affiliate. In the event that no further payment is made to the Web Affiliate by VERS LA TERRE, VERS LA TERRE will invoice the Web Affiliate for the amount overpaid. The Web Affiliate agrees to reimburse VERS LA TERRE within 30 days of the invoice date.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY OF VERS LA TERRE

3.1 VERS LA TERRE cannot guarantee that the operation of its website(s) will never be interrupted. VERS LA TERRE cannot therefore be held liable for the consequences of an interruption in service, or the presence of an error on its website.

3.2 The Web Affiliate grants VERS LA TERRE the right to solicit its visitors within the framework of its activity.

3.3 It is understood that the Web Affiliate and VERS LA TERRE are two independent companies. In the event of a dispute, French law will apply.

3.4 The Web Affiliate guarantees VERS LA TERRE that, with the exception of the conditions of use defined in this contract, it will not use the VERS LA TERRE brand or its variations (including search engine marketing operations, public relations operations, use of the VERS LA TERRE brand and its associated domain names or logos, any advertising or online/offline marketing operations, etc.) for any other purpose, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of VERS LA TERRE.

3.5 The Web Affiliate acknowledges having fully read this agreement and accepts its terms and conditions.

VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT

The duration of the affiliation agreement between VERS LA TERRE and the Web Affiliate is indefinite.

Either party may terminate the contract at any time by written notice (e-mail or letter), subject to 30 days' notice.

Any denunciation or breach of contract will not affect the conditions previously agreed during the period of validity of the contract.
