RULES OF THE PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION
"5 City Worms for a wormy spring"
Article 1 - Definition and conditions of the competition
Vers La Terre International with a share capital of 20,000 Euros
is registered in the BEZIERS trade and companies register
under number 803 566 645 00013, headquartered at ZA Les Aires - Rue Pierre David - 34120 Pézenas,
is organizing a competition as part of an Internet communication campaign, on the following subject www.verslaterre.fr and www.https://verslaterre.com/en/ among recipients of our monthly newsletter, and followers of our professional Facebook page @verslaterre and our instagram account @verslaterre.
● Vers La Terre is also referred to hereinafter as :
"The Organizer, the Organizing Company, the Organizers, the Professional".
● The "Participant" in the competition is also referred to hereinafter as "the Participant, the User, the Contributor, the Player".
● The "Winner" of the prize draw is hereinafter also referred to as "the Winner".
Article 2 - Participation conditions
This game is open to all natural persons of legal age, residing in mainland France, with an Internet connection, after acceptance of the conditions of participation in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.
Only one entry per person is accepted for the duration of the Contest.
Employees of Vers La Terre International and members of their families may not take part in the competition.
Article 3 - Competition dates
- competition start date: April 20, 2018 at 12 noon
- competition end date: Sunday, May 20, 2018 at midnight
- draw date: Monday, May 21, 2018 at noon
- An e-mail will be sent to the 5 winners on Monday May 21 after the draw.
- date for naming the 5 Winners on social networks: Tuesday, May 22, 2018, 5 p.m
Article 4 - Terms of participation
4.1) Application requirements
In order for the participation to be validated by the Organizer, two steps must be respected by the Participant, who must :
a) Click on the following link: https://goo.gl/forms/PppHCZYC1JySYoGK2 accessible during the contest period and sent in the April 2018 newsletter to all those who left their email to receive it. This link was also shared on the company's professional Facebook page and Instagram account on Friday, April 20, 2018.
b) Complete this form by answering 3 questions about vermicomposting, and enter your e-mail address for the prize draw.
4.2) Guarantees and responsibility for the validity of applications
Vers La Terre International reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this operation if it does not operate as planned: any virus, bug, violation, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of a competitor, technical problem or other cause beyond the control of Vers La Terre International corrupts and affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or conduct of Vers La Terre International.
In general, the Participants guarantee the Organizers of the present contest against any recourse, action or claim that any third party may make, in any capacity whatsoever, in respect of all guarantees and commitments made.
Any incomplete or erroneous entries will be rejected, without the Organizer being held liable.
Any misrepresentation by a participant will result in his/her exclusion from the contest, without the Organizing Company being held liable. Thus, the Organizing Body reserves the unreserved right to moderate a posteriori and not to validate, even to exclude, to remove from the contest, any participant who does not respect one of the conditions of the present rules.
4.3) Drawing procedures
- A draw to determine the Winner will take place on Monday, May 21, 2018 at noon
Article 5 - Prizes/batches
5.1) Commercial value of the prizes :
The prizes are offered by Vers La Terre International and therefore constitute
"endowments".
There are 5 City Worms - Lombricomposteurs with a market value of €82.50 excluding VAT.
The prizes offered may not give rise to any dispute as to their nature or to the provision of a consideration of any kind whatsoever.
The 5 participants drawn at random will be designated winners by the contest organizers.
5.2) Recovery and use procedures
As provided for in Article 6, the Winner must contact the Professional concerned directly in the endowment and comply with the terms of use defined in Article 5.1.
Article 6 - Allocation of prizes
Only one prize per person.
5 Prizes - 5 winners.
The Winners will be invited to provide their precise contact details: surname, first name, date of birth, address, town, zip code, country, telephone number, email address by email to: lucile@verslaterre.fr
If the information communicated by one of the participants is incomplete and/or does not enable him/her to be informed of his/her win, he/she will lose his/her status as Winner and will not be able to make any claim.
The Organizer may not be held liable in the event of technical malfunctions relating to this electronic notification of winnings.
If the Winner does not communicate this information within 8 days, he/she will lose his/her status as Winner.
Official and personalized notifications of the awarding of prizes to the Winners, with the description and delivery details, will be sent to them by return e-mail to the e-mail address they have indicated, including a copy of the message to the e-mail inbox of the Professionals concerned.
Article 7 - Nominative and personal data
The personal data collected about you is compulsory and necessary to process your participation in the game. It is intended for use by the Organizers, or by subcontractors and/or service providers for management purposes.
By participating in the game, Players authorize the Organizers to freely use, for advertising or promotional purposes in any medium whatsoever, all nominative information provided on behalf of the Organizers.
In accordance with current regulations, the information collected is intended exclusively for the Organizers: it will not be sold or transferred to third parties in any way whatsoever.
The information communicated by the participant is intended for the use of Vers La Terre International in the context of access to its service in accordance with the general conditions of sale and in the context of the management of the present game.
Article 8 - Responsibilities and rights of the Organizers:
● Reserve the right to modify, extend, shorten, limit winnings or cancel this game in the event of force majeure as defined by case law. Consequently, they cannot be held liable in this respect.
● Shall not be held liable for any fraudulent use of a Participant's connection or prize allocation rights.
● disclaim all liability in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or reception equipment preventing the game from running smoothly. In addition, they cannot be held liable in any way for problems with the routing or loss of electronic or postal mail.
● disclaim all liability in the event of technical failure, anomaly, hardware or software of any kind (virus, bug...) caused on the Participant's system, their computer equipment and the data stored therein and the consequences that may arise on their personal, professional or commercial activity.
Article 9 - Conditions of exclusion
Participation in this game implies full and complete acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in these rules, without any reservations or prior conditions on the part of the Participant. Failure to comply with these rules will result in exclusion from the competition, and the pure and simple invalidity of the Participant's participation and the awarding of prizes.
Reimbursement of amounts (stamp or connection) will be made by bank transfer or cheque at the Organizing Body's discretion, after the complainant has provided all the information required for the operation.
Article 10 - Jurisdiction
The present rules are subject to French law.
The parties shall endeavor to resolve amicably any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules. If the disagreement persists, it will be submitted to the competent courts. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has read these rules, accepts them unreservedly and agrees to abide by them.
